We shopped around & chose Paul because of the personal service he could give. He completed the report quickly gave us everything we needed to complete our house purchase.  Now we have moved in, I have lost count of the amount of times we have referred back to his report.  It contains so many useful comments, pictures & information that it has gone beyond it's original purpose & has been such a great document to refer to when trying to find out everything you need in a new house.  Whether it be the location of the stop-cock, helping answering questions for house insurance, or the list of jobs you need to do when you move in.
